KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term business goals;
• oversee daily company operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimization of production processes;
• maintain, together with the market director, continuous communication with clients, particularly in the aviation and transport sectors, ensuring their needs are met with precision and quality;
• ensure the continuity and efficiency of production processes, leveraging advanced machinery;
• lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering high levels of performance and professional growth;
• manage organizational change and promote innovation in production techniques;
• strategically define and implement medium and long-term goals for the company;
• achieve profit targets and monitor overall financial performance;
• optimize and automate business systems and production workflows;
• general company management, including operational, financial, and business development activities. 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• at least 5 years of experience in senior management roles;
• proven ability to work in dynamic environments, where each project is unique and requires individualized solutions;
• strong leadership skills, with a focus on team management, motivation, and development;
• in-depth experience in industrial manufacturing, especially in industrial sewing and advanced production techniques;
• knowledge of industry trends and sustainable manufacturing practices;
• ability to plan, analyze, and make decisions at a strategic level;
• fluent in Latvian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
